What services do you offer?

At G Well Health & Wellness we offer personalized lifestyle counseling, medical weight loss if indicated, resting metabolic rate testing, VO2 testing.
Please note VO2 assessment and resting metabolic rates are intended as a wellness and fitness assessment and are not intended to diagnose cardiovascular, respiratory, or other medical conditions.
At G Well Fitness we offer personal training, group classes, and accountability.

Do you take insurance?

G Well Health & Wellness is a self-pay practice. Payment is due at time of service. We do not bill commercial insurance. Upon request, patients may receive an itemized receipt or superbill for eligible medical services to submit to their insurance company independently for reimbursement for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan and the services provided. We encourage you to contact your insurance company before scheduling to verify your out-of-network benefits.
For information about submitting out-of-network claims, you can contact your insurance company, or you may visit Reimbursify an independent third-party service that assists with claim submission.
Medicare, Medicaid, & HUSKY Health
Important Notice Regarding Nurse Practitioner Medical Services
G Well Health & Wellness does not participated in Medicaid/Husky Health or bill Medicare through this practice. Special federal and state rules may apply to services provided to Medicare, Medicaid, and HUSKY Health beneficiaries.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and major credit cards. HSA cards may also be used for qualifying medical services at G Well Health & Wellness.
Not all wellness services are eligible for HSA reimbursement. We recommend checking with your HSA administrator before your visit to confirm eligibility under your specific plan.
